WiCo Fishing is a one-man shop run by Roger Wilds in Monroe, North Carolina. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to your information when you use this site.

When you place an order

Checkout is handled entirely by PayPal. Your card details, PayPal password, and billing information are entered on PayPal's systems and are never seen by, sent to, or stored on this website. We receive only what PayPal passes back so the order can be filled: your name, shipping address, email, and what you ordered. That order summary is emailed to Roger so he knows what to pour and where to ship it.

When you use the contact form

Your name, email, and message are emailed to Roger. They are not added to a mailing list and are not sold or shared.

Cookies and site analytics

This site uses Microsoft Clarity, which sets a cookie and records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling, and general navigation — so we can find and fix parts of the site that are broken or confusing. Clarity automatically masks text you type and the contents of dropdowns, so the things you enter are not captured. It cannot see anything inside the PayPal checkout window. You can read Microsoft's own policy in their privacy statement.

The site also stores your shopping cart in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a page refresh. That never leaves your device until you check out. Cloudflare serves the site and may set a cookie for security and performance.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't send marketing email.
